heads up to people struggling with a kit, in my kit my robot car battery package for 6 a++ batteries gave no power... tried putting a 9volt battery in the pluss and minus trough the start and finish of the box and my robot worked.

I have the cr 30 belt printer do you know if there is a file to make the base plates as wide as the belt and about 12 foot long? I could deal with even 4 foot long but I don't know the dimensions or how to loop a file where they continue over and over again in the gcode.

If I wanted some 12v led lights 3amp draw to come on when the motor was running and the motors only pull 7amp max. Can I just connect the leds to the motor power leads? assume battery has high enough discharge.

The gear reduction does not affect power. It affects torque and angular velocity.
